This is pretty standard Super 8 that can be found around US. Nothing more, nothing less. Good value for money to spend 1 night.

Basic and clean but thin blankets. Didn’t need to use a/c but it is the usual fairly noisy clunkers you get with US motels

Clean, safe, and not too far from the wharf! It had a mini fridge, blow dryer and a coffee machine.
